EV Road Trip: Bangalore to Tirupati (Verified Ultra-Fast Chargers)

Planning an EV road trip from Bangalore to Tirupati? The 253km NH75 run is no longer about finding any charger. The real planning decision is where to make one clean fast-charge stop instead of hopping through every pin on the map.

We split this route into backup stops, primary anchors, and the Tirupati destination hub so the planning logic is clearer.

:round_pushpin: Backup Stops

  • Kolar (Woody’s): Zeon Charging 60kW DC
  • Mulbagal (Hotel Mourya): Tata Power 60kW DC

:round_pushpin: Primary Fast-Charge Anchors

  • Palamner (NH75): Jio-bp 60kW DC
  • Bangrupalyam (Nandini Food Court): Relux 60kW DC
  • Chittoor (NH140): Ather Grid 60kW+ - ₹20/unit incl GST

:round_pushpin: Destination Finish

  • Tirupati City: E-Mobility Hub - 360kW DC, ₹20 + GST / unit

If you’ve done this run recently, where did you make your single planned stop? Any new reliable fast chargers on this corridor worth adding to the map?

That 360kW E-Mobility hub in Tirupati is a total game changer. I used it last week and the speeds were incredible for an 800V architecture EV. Definitely worth the ₹20 + GST for such a fast turnaround. Great to see this route getting so much high-power coverage!

Ather Grid in Chittoor has been my go-to for a while now. The fact that they charge ₹20/unit including GST makes the math very simple. Plus, NH75 road quality is so smooth now, the efficiency you get offsets the AC usage perfectly.

Absolutely, @amit and @Sri! The highway quality makes a huge difference in real-world range. The infrastructure is catching up beautifully.
